Account and Service Information
When you create an account, purchase a course, join our community, or begin coaching services, we collect more than basic website data:
Across all our services: your name, email address, and payment information. All payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
In Flight Meal Planner app: your account email and password, plus the flight schedule, dietary restrictions, allergies, food preferences, and pantry items you enter to build your meal plans.
The Long Haul Fix course and The Crew Room community: your account information and activity within these platforms, hosted through GoHighLevel.
1:1 Coaching: health information you share with us directly, including intake forms and functional lab results (such as HTMA, hair tissue mineral analysis).
If you opt in to marketing emails: your name and email for that purpose.
How We Use This Information
We use it to deliver the service you’ve purchased: generating your meal plans, giving you access to course content, running the community, or providing coaching.
For the meal planner, your schedule and dietary details are sent to ANTHROPIC, the company providing the AI technology, solely to generate your plan. Your email, name, and payment details are never sent along with it.
For coaching, your health and lab information is used only to inform your personalized coaching.
If you opt in, we use your name and email to send marketing content from Flygirl Wellness.

Stripe (payment processing, across all services)
Supabase (meal planner app - accounts and data storage)
ANTHROPIC (meal planner app - AI generated meal plans)
Resend (meal planner app - account emails)
GoHighLevel (course and community hosting; also our marketing emails list, only for users who opt in)
Any third-party lab (such as an HTMA lab) used as part of your coaching program

You can update your information within each platform at any time.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.
You can cancel a subscription anytime. In the app, this is done through ‘Manage Subscription’. For The Crew Room community, cancellation instructions will be provided within the platform.
